I read an article in a classic car magazine a few weeks ago, can't find it now though, it did have the numbers but I can't remember.

Then again, I might be able to find it.

Proof of the 2CV's offroad prowess - gets to places you'd have thought would be the preserve of a Land Rover product.

Weren't they designed so you could drive across a ploughed field with a basket of eggs on the seat and not break any?

And that's apart from the Sahara 4x4 version with a second engine in the boot

I had a Dyane many years ago. It floated over deep snow that would defeat other cars.
The suspension was interconnected front and back on each side so that, if the front wheel went up, the rear wheel went down to preserve equilibrium (and vice versa).
