Aye could be but the 'ro-style' wheels are a giveaway that it's a plastic bumper model.

Yeah, parts are available you can even build a new one from spares (even the full bodyshell is available) but the 'B' series engine is hard to source, typical donor was the 'Marina' but they're thin on the ground now.
The boss of the garage I worked at his Daughter had one and we used to see it every couple of months running like a 'bag of 5hit' so it was take the plugs out and blast em, check the timing, balance the Carbs then take it out and give it a good thrapeing (Italian tune up) ran OK after that but 2 months or so later it'd be back misfiring and hard to start. The Daughter drove like a 'Granny' so why she had a sports car I'll never know but I suppose it went with the image (She had a ladies Hairdressing salon)

If you put an original 1800cc 'B' engine in it's a rebuild so registration ain't a problem, engine from something else it's a new vehicle so needs the SVTA like a 'kit' car
