Ouch! ;) I bet that hurt a bit!

Pass on my best wishes (I'm sure you won't actually say Magnatom passes on his wishes....but you know what I mean!)

Oh poor Mrs MacB! And I'm not sure if it's that I'm biased or anything, but somehow having a Mum so impressively out of action seems extremely bad indeed.I wish you strength, and I wish her patience (for when she sees you all doing her stuff slowly/wrong/any other way than she would!) and a fast recovery.

I think I'll pass on the cookies until she's up and about again thanks! ;)

I've spent half the afternoon rigging up a leg rest system to the wheeled computer chair. Couple this with some handily place ropes and I think she'll get around kitchen just fine. All I need to do now is make sure that regular use items are all in lower cupboards:biggrin:

I would like to enquire how you are. With an injured wife, three boisterous lads who will miss their mum, and a job to do, you will be needing some TLC. How good are your friends and neighbours and/or the parents of your children*. Can you ask for help if you need it?

Ouch! That must've stung a bit! Here's wishing a speedy recovery and all being well the bike confidence doesn't take too much of a knock.

I hear what you're saying about the NHS, they come in for some stick (sometimes rightly) but when your chips are down I've always found them to come through in fine style.

Should think the parents of the MacB's children are a bit busy right now Speicher...
