Could anyone tell me if Sigma Sports offer a good online service for bikes. I would love to buy from my local bike shop but hes limited to only a few of the premium brands but ive been put off some of the online bike companies by reviews ive read. Thanks.

Never bought a bike from Sigma sports but plenty of other stuff. Recently some power metre pedals in the sale and even though they were out of stock. They were offered at the same price when they came back in.

Not bought a bike from them, but as Sigma's Hampton Wick store is only around 7 miles from here, have used often for online click and collect/returns. A very established and well thought of higher end LBS (they're office/warehouse are a couple of miles away in Molesey I believe, I might have even been to a warehouse sale there years ago).
I personally wouldn't hesitate to use but they are pretty much premium only too!
Balfes is another very good chain of SE/London LBS and has some less premium brands and good deals.
I bought a used Ti bike via ebay from BW in Bristol, also very good delivery service

Spa up in Harrogate also excellent if you want something more bespoke and touring focused

The problem with online bike purchases is getting the right size. I have three bikes, each bought online, and each has needed some work to get it to fit really well.
In contrast Ms AU has two bikes bought secondhand from shops. The shops each made a couple of changes, free of charge, and she has just been able to get on and ride ever since.

I haven’t bought a bike off them but have bought few bits and bobs. Must admit great customer service and goods arrive nicely packaged. Hope it helps.

You aren't getting good trade in prices anywhere, especially if you have rim brakes.

I have bought a lot from Sigma, including bikes. They are an actual bike shop and online retailer. One of the best in the UK and their customer service is excellent.

I would agree on this. Not Sigma, but offered a couple of well known online bike buyers for a price on a couple of bike. Good condition under 5 years old road bike will get you an offer of around 25-30% of original retail.
