I seem quite lucky with my LBS he isn't the cheapest and I could've gotten my bike cheaper online but it was a price I was happy with for the spec.
He never seems to tire of my incessant questions and is happy to answer them for me, a couple of things I had fitted he didn't want to charge so I bought him a 6 pack.
He spent ages with me when I picked the bike it's been comfortable since day one, just the saddle was an issue on longer rides.
I really couldn't recommend him enough, I buy a lot online, but bike stuff I am happy to buy in store as the service is 2nd to none.
