That's only a slightly higher rate than the UK by head of population. It's probably a lot worse in reality, assuming that there are far fewer motor vehicles per head in China.
dangerous or not/risk or no risk ... what it all comes down to is if your time's up, your time's up - regardless of whether your cycling, walking, flying in a plane, eating chicken noodle soup or sitting in front of a computer screen at work!
