Don't panic .

I didn't realise it was friday and then ended up being busy.

Worked today, clean and polish bike tomorrow first thing and then off for a pootle in the cold, then I might pop in at a MTB demo day my LBS is organising nearby.

Look Cleats on a MTB? Might take a spare pair of shoes .
