Anodising is a finish for aluminium only. So no, they won't be anodised.

I had a blue KMC chain & after 1 ride some of the blue was worn off I just stick with the gold ones now!

A diamond coating would hone your chainring and cassette to sharp points in no time, if my diamond whetstones are anything to go by !
