But they choose to ignore it. And that is the point, they have chosen, its not like taking your eyes off the road for a fraction to look in a wing mirror and finding the car in front has stopped, this is a calculated decision and a weighing up of the risks of getting caught.![]()

downfader said:I think that will come with the new CCTV camera systems. There are universities and firms around the world working on computer based systems. Oneday soon we could see a CCTV camera that picks out the plates and the driver, recognises what they're doing and records all this data to be processed by another part of the system and appropriate fines issued. Big brother is here to stay.
