I ran across this the other day, and it made my heart go fast. Do you have experience with this bike?

It's just a trendy fixie isn't it ? Not a proper track bike as the forks are drilled for the brake. I don't think it's anything special but if it floats your boat go for it. Riding fixed is fun.

I used to frequent an american bike forum man years ago and as a starter ssfg, the kilo tt was highly regarded. On Zach (fagio?) youtube channel, iirc he likes this bike a lot too.

I have no experience with it though, just passing on what I learned from other ppl over the years.

Good morning,

Given that the asking price is a whole $20 off the new price I would probably buy new!
http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/mercier/kilott.htm

520 frame with unbranded 4130 cro-mo forks with mudguard eyes, drilled for front and rear brakes, threaded for mudguard/rack on the rear end along with an upper rack mount on the seat stays.

It seems a sensible design covering what people might think that they want and then allowing many of them to change it to something that they will actually use.

On the BD website most of the components seem to be unbranded, which is not necessarily a problem as they are all of designs that were cracked many, many years ago. They may be branded anyway and the site just needs more info.

Bye

Ian
