Opinions On This ICE QNT?

Recumbent trike has been on the wishlist for a while now, but any idea's of a new one are a no go as they are a tad pricey. As a result I've been watching eBay etc, and this one caught my eye. Circa 2006/7 Trice QNT, so narrow track with rear suspension. Bar end shifters which I would prefer over twist grip, and it's got a rack.
My knowledge of these things is limited to reading on the web, and it's too far to go for a looksy before bidding, so any opinions welcomed please...

Looks OK. I'd ask the seller to photograph the underside of the cruciform, just to see if it has been grounded on kerbs and the like.
