Orange legs

Went on a not-well-sign-posted nature trail today, ended up dragging the family through a few fields and noticed our shoes and legs went orange.

Have we been covered in some fatal death spores, human killing fertiliser, agent orange, anthrax...or is it just "crown rust"*?

Don't use soap when you wash the areas covered. It should disappear in a week or two.
