Original Fly 6 Mount.

Hello all, we have two original Fly 6 cameras still going strong. Unfortunately the brackets are broken and held precariously together withe superglue and duct tape. Anyone know where we can get spares?

Unfortunately that’s for the CE version, not the original so it won’t fit. I haven’t been able to find anywhere that still sells the original slide mount and straps, not even Cycliq themselves.

T'was a year ago.
However others now know it's the wrong one, I didn't, I was pointing her to.

How much of a difference is there?

A big difference! Yours is the latest rotary mount whereas the original was a slide mount with rubber ladder straps as shown in this document 👉 https://cycliq.com/support/fly6-original/getting-started/mounting-your-fly6-original/

It was poorly made and prone to splitting down the middle.

I only responded in case someone searched for the same problem and found your suggestion.

Pointing out that it is the wrong one linked to is fair enough. Especially if it stops someone buying the wrong item.
