Apparently so! We've had to agree a £250 retention in case the actuals are higher than the estimates - and 'her client is disadvantaged'. The fact it could go the other way seems to have escaped her. Besides, the managing agents would sort this out (if deemed necessary) at year end. It's not something to worry about now. It's the sort of pedantry we've had to deal with for the last few weeks now.
