Ouch! My Back!

Just went for a quick spin as I felt guilty that I haven't been out for a long time, mainly thanks to the weather.

Nothing much, just a steady 15miles With what seemed to be a constant head wind :-(

... Half way round, I was on a road that looked something like this:

I felt pretty chuffed that I managed to avoid all the holes, until... BANG, I hit one of the biggest down there as I couldn't swerve to miss it...And now my back is throbbing!

I guess it's an excuse to sit in the canteen at work tomorrow??

Ah well, up in 11hours for work

Redundancy is on the cards within the next few weeks... I'd rather not give them an excuse to write me off sooner then Nessicery .
My job does require a lot of heavy lifting the though ... 25kg blocks of butter etc.

Maybe I'll have a slip or something
