Go Outdoors can sometimes have good offers, but often in limited numbers in each shop, and the website does not alway have the same stuff. They have a £4 membership each year, and that gets you discount prices.I've had that £4 back many times over in the last year. I usually let my membership lapse, and then only rejoin when they have something I need, I've not had membership since May this year. Nearest to you would be Oxford though, I think?

Agree with Cunobelin re TKMaxx, saw some Nike Paclites earlier in the summer that would be great for cycling, £45! Their stock changes constantly, they get daily deliveries, so if you have the time & ability to keep a check on a local store you will get good kit at good prices. My local one always has Craghopper stuff in.
