Yep, ebikes are great fun.
They are of course another way of cheating, but cycling is built on a long history of cheating from professional medication, to chemicals, to eight squillion gears, to feather weight carbon fibre so what's wrong with a little electric motor
I'm not sure about the CO2 saved though, by the time I wheezed and exhaled by way up their I'm sure I've made a net contribution![]()

I did a quick search and average emission from internal combustion engine vehicle is 404grams per km. Which equated to 19kg over similar mileageI'm not sure about the CO2 saved though
