A friend of mine had a little accident recently leaving his legs battered, bruised & stiff. The injuries were nothing to write home about but it was effecting his ability to cycle. So I said try overdressing by about 5C on the injured parts of his body, I can't remember where I saw this suggested but it was. The result? He wasn't on full form but his legs felt much loser & he had some power for what little bits of 'climbing' we have around here.
