I replace the screws holding the pads in my disc brake calipers with cotter pins as the first thing I do. Those screws seem to be made of putty, and are a real pig to get undone, while it takes seconds to get the cotter pins out.

I meant the ones wot fix the crank to the bottom bracket spindle.
Another candidate - hub lamps (of the "Salsbury" ilk)
