I reckon they are all made by the same factory. Weetabix definatley are. Who's going to spend money on a factory to produce shreddies just for Aldi?
I've been telling my kids for years (as a joke) that they're all made in the same big factory and just put in different boxes (using this as a justification for buying Lidl's own brand :okay: ). Lidl stuff is fine, except the cornflakes, which are yuck.
However, personally, I mostly eat porridge.

An ex-girlfriend, many years ago, claimed that her dad invented Weetaflakes, and that they weren't just broken Weetabix.
As a metaphor, our relationship eventually turned into broken Weetabix.

We did our shop in Aldi this week and got their own branded version of Kellogs Special K... I normally buy Sainsburys version 'Balance' which I so really like but the Aldi version was very different. The flakes were lighter and texture different so not sure I am convinced even if its 75p cheaper than Sainsburys version.

But generally I am happy to change to shop own brands.

I know you didn't - I was using the phrase to illustrate a point.*

Cheeky.
I notice that you've editted your original post to reflect the "quality" of the product.*

*That's cheeky too.
