Padlock suggestions for outside locker?

Hey,
In a few weeks we are moving office. At the new place we aren't allowed to store bikes in the office, but in fairness they have provided fairly hefty bike lockers outside.
So I am looking at padlocks to secure the door but unsure what to go for. I'm not too fussed about cost but I do want something that would be very difficult to pick/snap etc, and also one that can withstand the weather and won't rust/seize up after a few spells of rain.
Anyone got any recommendations!?

Do you know how big the hole is for the shackle to go through?

this looks to be a beast but is £200+ but if it lasts a lifetime and protects your bike, then it may be worth it.
You should also check any insurance requirements

Would be easier to carve up the locker...

I bought two Abus Granit padlocks for the gates at our house a few years. By far the best padlocks I've ever own. Not cheap but worth it.
