Selle Italia SLR Superflow Saddle I think this saddle would solve my pain in the proverbial problem,
I posted a question on ChainReaction asking for some direction on saddle size but was told to visit a specialized shop with saddle fit capability - unfortunately there is no Specialized shop anywhere near.

The saddle is available in 130mm and 145mm, I measured my centre of sit bone to centre of sit bone at 110mm, I am 5ft 8ish, 140lbs. I would appreciate any comments, advice on what size saddle to choose the 110mm or the 130mm or ....

Thanks.

Use some tinfoil on a step to measure your sit bones, while wearing lycra shorts. DIY version of the same thing

I think you go for the wider measurement

110 is very skinny, I think male saddles are typically 143

Is the bike set up properly? If not, it may be nothing to do with the saddle. Also, is the pain in the sit bones or elsewhere? Do you wear padded shorts?
