Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Hi. Welcome from powys. Don't cycle so far in such a short space of time? Sounds like you have just cycled to far, and you havnt allowed yourself to have any rest. I'm far from being an expert, but it does sound like too much in too short a space of time. I'm sure someone else will be along who can help you, and answer your question much better than me. Good luck

Did you manage to stretch fully every day? Perhaps go get a sports massage from a trained physio and an assessment from said physio. Would be £50 well spent (warning it will hurt a LOT at the time if they are any good)!!

LEL 2013 was 900 miles in just short of 5 days for me. The good news is I was commuting to work by bike around 4 days afterwards so I don't think your legs will be sore for long. On the bad news side, it took me around 3 weeks to get rid of the spots (run down body); around 3 months to get all the feeling back in my left hand and about 4 months before I was able to grip or say turn a door handle with my right hand.

Still worth it though.

Why not try some (very) gentle cycling - 20 to 30 minutes should be enough to start with. This should ease some of the stiffness and soreness.

Enjoy the pain while it lasts. It's a good excuse to avoid decorating and gardening and I'm sure all your family/friends will be making you lots of cups of tea.

Was it a tour you just did? What was the route? Any stories to tell? Pictures?

Well done - have a cup of tea on me.
