Pancake day

I had some good ones last year visiting a cousin in Northern Ireland, and the recipe was
8 oz Soda Bread Flour
3 oz Sugar
1 egg
1/2 pt Buttermilk

Now I know I could get hold of the flour over there but haven't got the foggiest where I would look here. (I'm still on the hunt for wheaten meal flour if anyone know where you can get it in England.)

It might be worth looking in the bigger supermarkets - perhaps in speciality sections?

Or an online supplier of some sort?

In M&S today they were selling 6 pancakes neatly folded with a little sachet of lemon sauce for £2.69!!!!!

Will be making our own.
