Pannier rack compatibility

I’ve got a Specialized Sirius and looking at this pannier rack - it was on a mountain bike so I’m unsure if it will fit my bike. If I’m going to need bigger straps I’d maybe look into just spending money on a new rack. What do you all think?

Has the Sirrus got disks as it may not fit. If it's got rim brakes you'll be fine.

I've had the same rack on a road bike with caliper brakes.

Should be fine, I've got one on my Ridgeback with 700c wheels.
