Paralympics 2024

I’m not enjoying the Paralympics as much as the Olympics. I can’t help thinking that there are too many separate events?
The talent pool for some events must be very small.

Our Office / Accounts Manageress tells me they have a ‘very well known’ Female Paralympic Swimmer who’s won a number of Golds and lives in her ‘Village’. They commemorated that fact / her by permanently having a Gold Postbox in the Street in her honour. I’ll bike there one day and get a pic……..😉

Aldridge? If so, I walked past it yesterday.

Loved the mixed 400m relay starting with visually impaired, then blades, etc to Wheelchair. Plus you could decide which section was run by a male or female.
