Parcel Force are supposed to be delivering a package to us. We viewed the tracking this morning and it had left the local depot and was listed as "Out for delivery". We have just checked again as it hadn't arrived (no surprise there) and it is listed as "Unable to deliver owing to adverse weather conditions". You couldn't make it up. I reckon the driver has been having lessons from Yodel, that's the sort of crap they come out with. Perhaps the sunshine was dazzling the driver. We will probably never know!

I organised a bike to be delivered to me. The delivery went fine but I wasnt happy about the cost.
For 48H large parcel the quote came out as £30. However, when I went to pay it had turned into £45 without me clicking on anything. I was not very happy but just wanted the bike so still paid for it. The initial quote on their front page actually said from £12 large 48H parcels.

you should try living in some of the places I have lived in. the only company that every knew where my house was, was Citilink.
they and the RSCPA (somewhat worryingly) were the only people to find the house without explicit directions. Even 999 services (ambulance & fire brigade both needed over the 12 years we lived there) needed someone at the main road to flag them down.

Best way to get a decent price for couriers is to use either Parcel Monkey or Parcel 2 Go... find them in Google.

Same for me. Never had problems with Parcelforce.
