Do people here understand the time pressure these delivery drivers are under?
Probably 100+ drops a day, have you seen the condition of the Amazon vans.
You want it cheap this is what you get.

That does not excuse criminal behaviour.

There's likely a decent hit rate, else they wouldn't do it.

Buy from shops that use Royal mail, a far better delivery service.

RM are so bad here I actually breathe a sigh of relief when Evri are doing the job. Our local Evri lady is lovely and is as well liked and efficient (albeit she doesn't hang about) in the manner the postie was 3 decades ago. It gets to something when the woeful Evri are setting the benchmark!
