I fancy Simon Yates or Bardet to win this, also look forward to see how cavendish does in the sprints, speaking of sprints , it will be the first time since Griepel left/was pushed from lotto soudal and stepped down to pro continental , that he will come up against his replacement Caleb Ewan. hmm... could be interesting.
Quintana also riding this race , I like Quintana but will he make a go of it or be his , promised so much/couldn't manage it usual self, or will he ride team mate soler seeing as he is defending champion

Looked like Bernal was riding for Kwiato - just for the stage (but Kwiato was nowhere near and never was likely to be when that bunch reached the finish), or a statement of intent for the race?
