They should fit some 40mm Caracal Race tanwall, Pirelli P Zeros or Michelin Pro 5s instead... On a frame with suitable tyre clearance.

As a Rohloff rider, I can confirm that people mistaking your hub for a motor does get old quite quickly. Not what I'd want if I was trying to get across the Carrefour de l'Arbre in a hurry.
