I sent them back- after an argument with the insurance co- a few weeks ago.
Still waiting for cheque (which they said would be £150 less than vouchers for some administrative swindle reason)

Aviva (ok when Norwich union) will not be getting any more custom from me.

They can not do this if Halfords can not supply suitable replacement bikes, if Halfords can and you choose not to take them from there they may be able to make it stick.

Keep at them.

What a shower of bastards. Have you thought about the replacement plan yet? Don't forget we'd be delighted to see you on the FNRttC (North) on June 18 if you can make it...

The chances are I will wait until we move house to replace the bikes-can manage with the Avalanche at the moment since I managed to bodge the child seat on...its a pain swopping from slicks to treads mind but the off roads bits are finally drying out.
Will let you know about FNTttc closer to time which reminds me I dont know much about it so post me some info in June
