I've just brought this but it's the wrong size for me.
Seatpost is 58cm c-t
Top tube is 55.5cm c-c

7005 aluminium, quite light for a cx frame.
Internal cable routing.
mud-guard eyes.

Edit: I've got to get rid of this frame so that I can buy one thats the right size. How does £50 + postage sound?

So is this a 58 cm frame (overall size) if so ill be making an offer

From the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat-post is 58cm.

From the center of the headset to the center of the seat post is 55.5cm
(Cross bars are traditionally always short on CX bikes)

I normally ride a 55cm road bike and this was frame was just way too big for me.

any idea on the tyre width that can be used.

Im thinking of changing over my hartail, with xt gear

The chain / seat stays are very wide with an opening of approximately 65mm where the tyre sits. The forks have a gap of roughly 60mm

Therefore more or less any hybrid / cyclo-x tyre should easily fit

Given that a 1.8" tyre should be 45mm you should just about have clearance for a narrow MTB 29ner tyre - I haven't got one to try!.


In answer to the first question the standover height is 32inches.

It all depends on where you are/ how you want it posting.

I'm guessing about £15 to post it by royal mail. (If it's less than I will just refund the difference.)

So thats £50 + £15 = £65.

It will be well packaged. I have a big box, bubble wrap and pipe lagging ready.
