Cant imagine much will change as the rust is well set but it should help clean them up a bit , ready for e bay . The cages were beyond salvage as were the sprung loaded clips on the end of the straps .

I bought these LOOK SP196(?) to match my Dyna-Tech 755Ti, when I bought it back in 1994
Not pictures from back then though (taken 2005)

SPD variations
The 'yellow bike' still has the original model on it (left-hand)
'365' bike - the CGR - has the slightly bigger, modern, platform (centre)
The CX bike has the narrower body - to allow mud to fall through (right-hand)

Spotted a work, back in 2016, the cranks, & also the inner-'brifters' were painted
