Do you find th e first set hard to unclip.

I've been riding clipless for decades but these puppies nearly take my shoe off when I twist to unclip...super loose setting.

I have to use 6 degree float cleats (yellow), blues or reds stick like glue.

Make sure you spray the pedal mechs with GT 85 or similar, it helps.

The shoes I have now have recessed clips and I make sure the fastenings are are the slackest they can get. I keep them clean and oiled and I never have a problem unclipping. The shoes are great for walking around town in.

just curious Steve but have you stopped smiling yet.:smile::smile::bicycle:

Ive been very reserved to be honest. Ive been into my LBS often over the past few months to look at the Kogas. The shop is used to me as I have bought 3 Kogas in the past 2 years from them. I really didnt need a bike but liked this one but wouldnt pay the full price and have been haggling for weeks. Yesterday he caved in and knocked £600 off the price. I was suppose to collect it today but it can wait until the weather improves.

I was going through a box in the shed today and found a set of 530 pedals, I forgot I had them.

I will try them for a while and if I get on with them I will order a black pair. The ones I have are silver.
