Can anyone suggest me some road shoes and pedals!

That's quite an open question. A price range is useful too because you can go from £30 up to about £200 with shoes. You've said road shoes, so I'll take that to mean the type with a large cleat where you try to avoid walking in shoes off the bike.

People on here will praise/slate different pedal systems available: Look Keo (hard to find Delta now), Shimano SPD-SL, Time, Speedplay. Have I missed any out?

Shoes are all about what you feel comfortable in - try them on in a shop instead of buying online. Big brands I can think of are SIDI, Specialized, Northwave...but there are many out there.

i have shimano and diadora ,and i use speedplay pedals i like the diadora they seem to be more comfy imo,but the shimano have been reduced to £49.99 the ro99 i payed £99 carbon soles so cant be bad but there a loads out to choose from
