My R540's have a plastic "wear plate" which has worn right through the middle, now the cleat has started to wear through the metal and has a good 1mm off the regular height.
Anyone else got this? I reckon I should have replaced the plastic part sooner?
Surprised that my plastic cleat managed to get through the metal and still be in good condition :/
