It's probably just a dvd from amazon. I know the boxes I've had in the past aren't far off.

I still remember the phone call I had with MacWarehouse, when I tried to postpone a delivery "I just don't want to come home and find a computer sitting on my door step" "That won't happen"

Guess what I found when I got home? It was an internal flat, but still, you can't mistake the contents.

(mostly my experience with delivery guys/girls including Yodel, have been positive. And when a package costing - for example - a total of £20 is hand delivered to your door, you know they aren't getting paid a lot)

Quality. ^_^

Many moons ago, we were due to call at a house, only to find the customer had put a note on the door saying, "I'll be home at 5:30".

The old boy I was with just looked at it, took a pen and wrote underneath "so will I".

That's akin to the George Bernard Shaw quip - invited by some society lady to a soiree in the then traditional style for such things..

"lady such-and-such will be at-home on <date>"

reply

"GBS likewise"

Erm, taking a photo of your customer's house and then posting it, along with a description of their "safe place", on social media? How is that acceptable?

I don't think I needed to check on the internet to be able to confidently believe some items may be hidden under their doormats. Now the house is revealed, I'll be able to search up and down the country and once I've spotted that house, I'll check under their doormat
