You cant just be that though with your lycra and fancy bike and that that you don't even need and probably don't even want even though you bought it you didn't want it was just fason and you wanted to be like the others that go around and think they are fast but no faster than a bike in a skip and then the bike I found one in a skip and it does me fine and I don't need clothes like you lot I just ride without them and I don't care about it like others but if you all got the bike that's ok by me but don't tell me you are faster and those computers make me laugh like you found that in a skip and it cost more than my commodore 64k strapped to my bars but it does the job and tahts all that matters to me but fine if not you although its not , really .

I really think this could run and run but the thing about running is you don't even need a bike to run but if you do run on a bike then that's ok by me but its not really because its not like you need a bike and if you do get that bike then no helmet but if you do wear a helmet its up to you if you wear a helmet but you should just steal a hard hat from a building site skip because even when their cracked they'll still do the same job anyway because it not like your going to hit your head but if you do fall and hit your head you need to wear elastic round the top but you can get rubber bands in skips as well and that way your head is safe but you shouldn't be on a bike anyway because if you cant ride a bike then don't get on one because that's for stupid people and when you can just steal trainers from a tramp and run in his shoes because he's chasing you so fast then you know you wont need a bike and maybe you should all join a running forum anyway because you all have bikes you don't need but its ok by me but it isn't really.

Just use a good quality brush and a tin of Japlac enamel. Won't wash out in the rain and much cheaper than the hairdressers

maybe occasionally then, but for me it's a very rare occasion that i'll break out the lippy! and i must say i never felt a need to wear fake nail or nail varnish whilst moving 180 tons of hay and straw last year and i doubt i'll need then for this years crop either!
