I've never heard anybody say this!
It's a Scottish thing.
Greedo surrounds himself with annoying people
In Glasgow, it's easy to do this!
It must be a northern thing because I hear it all the time.
I've heard it, but not for years...
I some time use the phrase: 'he's a Leg End in his own time'; meaning they're a pr@t, not a legend.
In the south we say bell end
Perhaps it's a yorkshire thing also, as my elder brother uses this annoying phrase.
I first heard this in Cambridge years ago, so no north south divide!
Leg end, as in think themselves great, but are the opposite.
Cambridge is North to me
Aye we have Edinburgh to the East, Greenock to the west....
Heh, I only ever hear/see "he/she is a total ledgepants".
