People who say "he/her is a total Leg End"

  7. I some time use the phrase: 'he's a Leg End in his own time'; meaning they're a pr@t, not a legend.

    Perhaps it's a yorkshire thing also, as my elder brother uses this annoying phrase.
     
  10. I first heard this in Cambridge years ago, so no north south divide!

    Leg end, as in think themselves great, but are the opposite.
