Thats the trouble. There are plenty of cyclists that get hit and dont report. They either think they were in the wrong (wrongly) or assume because they were not hurt that it doesnt matter and that the Police wont take it seriously.

thats an important point downfader, but i think its a different issue, although linked, but a different point all the same.

this post is refering to a prank, stupid yes and the person seems to have been frightened enough to apologise but lets not go over the top and over react. the initial horror was 2 cyclists were hurt, the incident didnt happen and therefore he should be repremanded for the prank and not for knocking over cyclists

I have seen the excuse 'my mates posted it' so many times, I hope for his sake that the incidents didn't happen. Anyone stupid enough to post that up on twitter is clearly not the brightest bunny in the warren!
