I wear custom plugs on motorbike.. https://www.ultimateear.com/ referred me on to Specsavers to have the moulds taken (£30) then I sent those off to Ultimate Ear. About 5 weeks later I had these.

They're a more expensive model due to being more like musicians IEM's but they are absolutely superb

The cheap quick way is to go to a hearing aid specialist and get them to make you some old-fashioned ear plugs in the pinkish clear plastic or a softer polymer that comes in a 2 pack and sets fast in your ear. They aren't really any more effective than the expanding foam jobbies that you get in airline amenity packs but they don't fall out.

My place of work, had them made for all the shop floor lads, they come in different grades ie how much reduction you get, mine are 40Db and are brilliant,
