Of course you can, though you'll be in the sheet when the Feds catch you.
I'd guess if the machine met the DVLA requirements for a moped (helmet, indicators, moron "in control", etc) ..........then it'd be a moped!... are these bikes with a petrol engine legal to use the uk with a petrol engine no tax insurance helmets etc.
how about a beer driven bike - mines been that a few times

In the States, it's claimed by the sellers that such bikes are okay to use on the road, depending on state laws, but most of the moped engines you see in the states come from China, and are pretty dire. I see very few of these in actual working condition. I mostly see them for sale on Craigslist, probably when the owner is permitted to drive again.
No. It's actually a rather rubbish moped that won't confirm to the regulations.Well of course u can ride anything on private land but the issue is can u use them on roads
Even Google Translate gave up on that!o
Yeah but usa u can do most things we here need a licence to breath no guns, fishing rod licences, licemces and yax on everything and petrol at a ridiculous price. In Costabritain, unfortunately i never went to the usa years ago to live, sunshine beeches beechbabes. Here u freeze daily and if ur real lucky u may get two weeks watery warm sun every summer in odd days though. Usa is paradise to uk.....
Yet!You don't have a breathing licence?
I've worked in the US as a bodyguard-driver for, of all things, a midwifery practice. Many cities in the USA are so violent that even the midwives need a bodyguard and you think it's a paradise...?
Yet!
Give them time.
They will get round to it .....i have my own rods and lakes but have to give gready uk a licence fee.p for rods
