SOLD: Peugeot Course Record du Monde - 57cm - £75 in Dewsbury, Yorkshire

This is a Peugeot Course Record du Monde Super Sport - frame tag 123 on the base - which has been re-sprayed with different decals from a Peugeot Super Competition, albeit about the same date of 1979-1981. Decals applied May 2018. Size: 57cm centre top of seat tube, top tube 57cm - fits me fine at 5' 9".

Some minor marks but otherwise in good condition, particularly with the respray. Also the gears would benefit from minor adjustment.

The frame has been re-built with a range of different parts including:

• Alesa bronze 700c model 913 wheels, Ofmega front hub, Michelin Competition rear, with Vredestein Gran Via 32mm tyres
• 6 speed rear freewheel
• Stronglight crank (RH) 170mm with a Shimano replacement LH and 52/40 teeth
• Shimano downtube shifters
• Shimano SIS rear derailleur and Exage Motion front derailleur
• Dia-Compe Deluxe front and rear brakes
• Brown bar tape
• ITM stem and Champion bars, 40cm c-c 42cm full width
• Team Saracen saddle
• Mudguards front and rear

For sale only because I've bought several vintage bikes to evaluate for the 2019 Paris-Brest-Paris audax and I don't have the storage space.

Collection from Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, WF12 (near M1 J40, M62 J28, Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and Huddersfield) or I can organise delivery via a courier in a bike box.
