I once did one in under three minutes but that was just changing the tube and also used CO2 to inflate. Only once though normally takes longer.

39 seconds - I just swapped wheels with the Mavic guy who follows me around...xx(

About 10 minutes actually, and with the sun shining - what could be better than punct*** after punct*** after punc**** :biggrin:::smile::biggrin::biggrin:

The secret to avoiding punctures is to have your tyres at about 130psi+

Rock hard ride but you avoid a good few.
