Interesting tactics from Pidcock yesterday in the short race at Novo Mesto. I think he (quite rightly) gets a useless start position due to him being an MTB hobbyist, so he just cruised round the back for a while until the field got strung out then burned through them once there was more space.
Didn't quite work out as he settled for 2nd but it's the longer race today.
