I think it was Dr Phil Hammond who said a tattoo above the shoulders was a sign of mental illness.🤪😏

I would never go that far.
But a few people with extreme facial tattoos are suffering from some sort of trauma.
Disfiguring your face is almost the last taboo in western cultures.

Whoops! Had a small one on my face the other day. More of a tester to see how I feel about it, might get another one or two, but only small ones.
