Amused to Death is by far the best thing he's done since Floyd, although Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking is good too. I listened to The Final Cut a lot too, as well as The Wall, DSOTM, Animals and Meddle. I never really liked Momentary Lapse of Reason, and although The Division Bell has it's moments, it is at best 'a reasonable facsimilie of a Pink Floyd album' as Waters once called it I believe. I had Ummagumma too, but that was a bit too weird for me.
Yep, I love The Pros and Cons, and Amused to Death has some very powerful songs on it. I've mentioned it many times before, but I had prime seats for The Wall at the O2 on the Thursday when those other two blokes turned up

It's on my Christmas list sounds like there's a real mixed bag on the reviews. I rather like a lot of floyd even a touch of Glimore's album after the split. I still need to get myself down to Granchester meadows and blast the tune out in my headphones on a stroll like it's there and I'm watching... be a crime not to as I'm local to it! haha

which reminds me I need to put my albums back on my phone as it took them off for an update and I miss having a bit of a rock out on a lunch break at work!

...I bought Ah Via Musicom and it wasn't cheap!
Love that album.

I listened to about one third of Endless Drivel River on Spotify last night. I like some of Pink Floyd's stuff but I'm no student of it. This sounded like one of those new age CDs you buy at the garden centre. Sorry, Floydians.

Theres some self indulgent shite on the wall tbh....momentry lapse of reason was a brilliant album imo
I must admit, I didn't much like The Wall at first* but it's grown on me. I said the same about AMLoR too. I love that album now.

* Apart from the obvious songs like Comfortably Numb, Run Like Hell, Mother, Hey You and, most obviously, Another Brick In The Wall Part 2. Comfortably Numb is one of my all time favourite Pink Floyd songs.
