It's simply an offer to chaffer, they don't have to sell it to you at that price

The law is dead clear on stuff like this. If the price offered is so low as to be clearly understood to be a mistake by the person buying it, the seller doesn't have to complete the sale. They can just return the money to the buyer. Doesn't matter what's in the T&Cs, there is plenty of case law to support this.
