Nice cycle out round the Forest of Bowland for me.

You'll be okay this weekend (if you are heading that way), but the Trough of Bowland is closed from Monday for water mains to be replaced, potentially until 21st December - link.

The usual ride up Holme Moss Sat am, with exam paper/assignment writing Sat pm. I thought about the Glossop Velo hillclimb Sat pm but have decided not to.

Sun am - church, family Sun pm, radio show Sun eve.

Probably a 'Park-Run' in the morning, then 'Richmond 10k' on Sunday morning

Didn't get to the 'ParkRun' (Pontefract) yesterday, but did run 'Richmond 10K' this morning

Bloody tough course, with some hard hills in it, think steepest (up!!) was graded at 1-in-8!!

Didn't do as well as I wanted, but I guess it was okay (still have some problems with knee after injury in February)
