ok for part of my a level d&t project i need to do a survey, i wish to make a bicycle trailer, so please could you spare a few minutes and answer these questions by coping and pasting the questions with your answers filled in.

1- how old are you? - 42



2- male/female? - Male

3- how many miles per year on average do you ride? - 3500

4- how many bikes do you own? - 3

5- what is the maximum that you'll pay for a bike? £1000

6- do you ever commute by bike? - Yes 4 days a week 24 mile round trip

7- if yes do you use/would you use a trailer if you owned one? - No

8- do you do multiple day trips by bike? - No

9- if yes do you use/would you use a trailer if you owned one? - N/A

10- what is the maximum price you would pay for a bike trailer? - £0

11- if you own a bike trailer how much did you pay (if you made it say so) - N/A

12- out of these materials which three (in order of preference) would you be most likely to buy the trailer if it was made from them- Steel, Aluminium, wood, carbon Fibre , Bamboo(with carbon lugs), other (sensible ideas please!) - Aluminium, Steel, Titanium

As an aside could you look at business use of a trailer instead of recreational. There is a landscape gardner round here uses one and they use them in cities for deliveries. As fuel costs go up may be a viable option.
